    wait for exploration licence, wait for drill to start, wait for drill results, wait for mining approval, wait for puplic consultation.... all whilst dealing with capex raising to fund the next step. how long is that average wait??
    only difference here is, if you wait, you'll definitely miss the boat! pun intended
