that company that took the capital raising still has incentive to keep the price down. I dont believe the price was dictated by the first 20 days after the cap raise.
B = Adjustment Price, calculated as the difference between the “Market Price” (being the 20 day VWAP of Aguia shares, as determined by Patras over the 80 day trading period after completion) minus the “Benchmark Price” (being 115% of the Placement Price).
So its 80 days after the cap raise which was 16th April so that makes it 5th July before they stop selling into any strength....in my opinion.
