The performance shares are that, based on performance. Just because they are out of escrow it doesn't mean anyone has them. The first lot will expiry before meeting the requirements to get them. The others are way of as they need revenue to be awarded, so the only ones that can be sold are the 300M+ held by Talico which were not performance based. It is unlikely that any will be sold in the near future.
Brazil has definitely been put back, with what can only be viewed as poor foresight on the content laws. Indo is due news at the end of the month so hopefully that along with Brazil launching with SLIM PACK content in 10 day can pick this back up.
