    Letter of intent. Memorandum of understanding. Are either of these binding? It doesn't say as far as I can tell.

    CCSTV ceases to supply premium content in part due to regulations.  What are the other reasons???  The announcement couldn't be made in part due to Nick being on a plane 3 days ago. They never told us the other reasons there either.
