I just thought the level of delusion and denial in today's announcement from both individuals was next level.

The only example PH can lead by is reflected in those articles @MidCapMan has referenced.

Also those funds were the only funds keeping the lights on so they cannot just repay them. I think they are trading while insolvent at the moment but won't be calling the administrators until the insolvency becomes obvious and it can take months or years depending if PH is prepared and capable of issuing loans. Once raising fails, they could do another convertible note at 1c and so it goes.
