maybe he does but the performance over a long many years is the directors getting way over the top salaries for a company with no revenue and small market cap. They raise money to pay director fees. Crazy. Mccalls stock in the main has been given to him by company grants. On market buying not much at all. He needs to go. He takes a large salary and when that stops my guess will tack stock to make up for it. Nothing is for nothing but change has to go.. he is and the board all need to resign.
