"Due to an administrative oversight, the participation of the Directors in theplacement was a breach of ASX Listing Rule 10.11 on the basis that each Director is a related party of theCompany and subject to certain exceptions, cannot participate in issues of Company’s securities without priorshareholder approval. There are no exceptions that would facilitate this subscription and corrective action needsto be taken to remedy the breach."

There was no administrative oversight. Not 1 of the 4 Directors said 'hang on'. Simply Cam up to his old tricks again.
