IMI is a spinoff from MacArthur Minerals. MacArthur owes Alex Peden money, so Alex arranged an option, whereby if McCall defaults on the agreement, (again) Alex will own the 19%. Alex and his wife Mary, are not Directors or NED's of either MacArthur or Infinity. Just shareholders.
