I've made some exit calls lately (in profit) only to see the shares continue on their way. frustrating to say the least.

CCL - sold before the big run due to takeover talk
XRO - bought at $89 and sold at $103
NXT - missed out on a further 10%
NAB - missed out on a further 15%

all of the above because I made a rash decision to get out when I had picked those shares for a reason.

one that I got right is I've been holding SCG since first lockdowns in VIC and after months of no movement was going to pull the pin. a week later I'm now up 26% on my biggest holding in the portfolio.

MGV for me is one I'm going to hold because it all tells me we are on the right track.
