I think there are only 40 to get thru, they have done a few. They will do the rest in the near future. Time will tell but we are a lot closer than 3 months ago before they started. If they had a glitch it seems they have fixed it.
market likes this more than we think, as remember this is really a 22 to 30 move over the past month. that's almost 50% ......
