    As 2.3c was stated to be at a 44% premium to the going price, then maybe it's hard to argue a "mates rate" point of view.

    However, "Directors reserve the right to accept oversubscriptions of up to $2.0M to minimise any scale-back"......

    .....that is a nice option especially as the question needs to be asked, How Long Do They Have To Exercise That Option? One Month, Two Months, Six Months???????
