Maybe LIT investors are thinking that they will have to revise their offer from 13.25 shares to more than double for starters to 6.625 LPD shares. I really don't see LIT being successful in this at all.
LIT share price will just come under more selling pressure as this TO continues!
Not to mention our White Knights for PLD that are waiting on the sidelines.
