    The Placement has been done with the distinct advantage of creating +$500K unfilled genuine demand (re: scale back figure).

    Doesn't sound like much until you look at the Mkt Cap of SCI.

    Pretty sure the recipients of these shares are looking at 7 bags or more as a return on their investment.
