    I think finance will be the next, and substantial, re-rate.

    PB seems optimistic about finance. However, the Breakaway Research note highlights the critical issue, that is, exactly how much dilution will there need to be to get finance?

    Breakaway are working on 60% of the company - hopefully that's pessimistic but I presume if someone lends TNG the best part of a $1billion then they will want a lot of equity as well.

    Any thoughts about what sort of dilution might occur?
