Thank you PF for finally realising, and agreeing with what I have been saying for many long months.

The financing will only ever be done with a massive transfer of value to the incoming party.

One hopes that it can be done for shareholders sake.

One issue to be very careful of, is when will TNG ever get its hands on the cash flow. In many of these deals the financier will want all positive cash flow under the capex and financing cost are fully repaid.

but it should be good for TNG if PB can do it.

personally I think ME as Chairman makes it a better chance.
