Graduate investor - your concern should not be merchandising/feature film, which come later, if at all. This is a chocolate company. It sells chocolate. If anything, it should be a concern about the board not securing capital to fund immediate production in expansion/meet large orders etc.

My own view is that things will go smoothly (as they have done to date), orders will be placed, board (through e sugar and others) will easily raise necessary capital, and this will go gangbusters. If it really takes off (like Disney's Frozen did), then you start to justify merchandising and exploiting the craze.
