Maybe an off-take agreement is close to happening and if that’s the case, it’s a major endorsement of the project, which the market can’t ignore. The end users may also take a big stake in ITP. As DJ has said this is too good to be true, it’s looking like a very unique opportunity which is about to come to fruition.
