I am sure that many people who have or are investing in PIQ know someone who is impacted by Endo and fully understand the potential opportunity, but are disappointed with the efforts of the PIQ management with getting PromarkerD to market with sales with what an opportunity PromarkerD presented.
It will be reassuring when the Endo test obtains American Medical Association (AMA) approval, along with a unique CPT Proprietary Laboratory Analyses (PLA) code and a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) payment rate as obtained by PIQ for PromarkerD that are needed to market the product in the US. It took a significant amount of time to obtain those approvals, code and rates for PromarkerD and with PIQ management advising investors the end of June 2025 for the Endo test then investors should expect news of those developments very soon.
