I think you misread me, I wasn't intending to come across as sceptical. When I first looked at the data in the table my initial impression was that it looked negative on the face of it due to the obvious decline in ejection function after dosing with Zantrene.

Knowing the usual quality of analysis that @Mason14 provides, I was obviously intrigued as to how this data could possibly have some positive implications. Once I thought I understood what he was getting at just wanted to confirm that my understanding was correct, which @RaceOncology confirmed for me this morning.

I understand that it's not certain what exactly is happening, and no definite conclusions can be drawn due to the limited data, but the positive underlying trends with increasing dose of Zantrene do seem clear.
