i had to study this company some months ago for a friend

year after year after year they have made the same old "commercialisation" and "EBITDA" announcements but progessed nowhere

i even phoned the company and spoke to a nightmare lady

she was scary

the share price is reflective of how pathetic this company is and the cash is running low in the kitty

however, i did not notice it was sold down to 6 cents a few days ago

i must say however i took an interest in their product during my study and its seemed pretty good

i had a peek today due to the announcement and the price was much lower than the 20 cents when i did my study

when I saw the 6 cent low, i was surprised

when I saw 143m shares on issue (and the 30 cent options worth $22m if exercised), I was also surprised

market cap is only $12m (excluding the pricey options)

i bought a handful today

it has alot of potential

sorry about the long story

despite the mgt nightmare of EMS proportions, it looks cheap
