It’s of no value if it’s in the ground. Simple as that. The risk here is still great, Ndpr has tanked. Valuations from brokers are crystal balling. Peaks communication is poor. This is where we are at. I sold many years ago at 80 cents, I’m not looking at re entry yet until they de risk and have a clear direction.
