I'd also say he's excited by the last comment of the quarterly..."the company expects delivery volumes to resume their acceleration"

Since the company has no control over small customer deliveries, this must be a statement that the big contracts will be completed and operating in the coming quarters, causing the acceleration.

If this did not materialise, there would be chaos and the SP below 10c. Not to mention claims of another unfounded disclosure in a febrile legal environment. Only Malcolm Trumbull could feel worse.
