In the Short Term - this is great news and clarification, Brian has so much experience in getting the prior projects from Explorer to Producing, plus the rapport he has built up with the Cuban partners
Longer Term - still good to see his involvement as a Non-Executive Director, and hopefully the replacement will continue to be as approachable
