Not sure if I agreed with your views. IMO only because most people would have no idea the how's, what's or why's went on in the early days of OSL. And besides as far as "no one should be reemployed" I am not sure if Apple shareholders would agree with that statement knowing that Apple Inc would not be anywhere the size it is today if Steve Jobs was not reemployed and returned to the company that he co-founded as an example.
