I think the American brick business the likely problem...wasn't making much when conditions were good...now demand might be less, but high gas prices will be the big issue
it is not a big part of their whole operation though...so a perception thing I guess, mainly by some of the fundies and shorters
capitalisation in property trust will likely decline cos of higher interest rates, but their development program should help counter this...also inflation of building costs make what they have just built even more valuable and strategic!
