I am not convinced VIC 1 at Stanhope is fully funded. Have you been out to site?
I suspect the development costs across the portfolio, combined with tied up capital on EPC contracts etc have chewed up a lot more of IPO funds that management expected or budgeted for.
Let's see what the August report says on this (no doubt it will be scant on details like previous announcements). I am assuming it will be released to the market on Wednesday 31 August. The stocks doing nothing until they have the funding. No funding = no progress.
