This is a waiting game. The sellers at this level are just running out of patience.
We are working with huge companies like AGIG, Brickworks, and Yarra Valley Water in an environment with a growing appetite for renewables.
The risk is being left stranded with a big pipeline and no means to deliver it.
Once the Planum terms sheet comes through this quarter and financing is sorted, I expect a swift re-rate to 20c+. Non-dilutive government funding should also open up.
