The market may jump on this news, and it's great, but the real key is at the next stage in my opinion.
Moving beyond concept stage to the development stage was expected I reckon. The interesting thing will be the commercial arrangement - how much equity will Brickworks vs Delorean provide? As we know, Delorean is a bit strapped for capital. So the more capital that Brickworks provides (which really is their expertise), the lower the returns for Delorean. Hopefully Delorean retain some part of the ownership, otherwise it's just an over complicated EPC contract! Still, the model is scaleable to other Brickworks sites and other partners. So from that perspective, really happy with the development.
