I agree 1.9 mill isn't a lot and it only goes so far. I "think" a couple factors at play.
- Along with previous CR it would of bought FBR close to the 15% raise limit.
- FBR may or may not want one Manufacturer to hold a too larger piece.
1.9 Mill isn't a lot but even BW would have processes and approvals to meet prior to placement and handing out that sort of money. Overall a good thing for us to see BKW have some form of confidence in FBR's future especially after the history of the two left the door open to questions.
