    RXL has a EV of $50m for 70% of 1.1m oz = $65 per oz
    VMC has a EV of $16m after cash, deposits and investment including 41.7m in RXL for 30% of 1.1m oz = $48 per oz.
    big arbitrage difference.
    Additionally, VMC shares 50/50 with RXL for the rest of the ground, and 100% along the strike.

    im expecting big things from upcoming announcements
