Well put Oscar! Frank & Co are smart enough to understand this issue. If the subscription is going to be to a particcular party, I am assuming that the management might have been compelled to do so as a payback for this particular party's role in negotiating on CF; even though it didn't come through. Unfortunately, there may well be other benefeciaries like these that will prop up during future stages of Laos Venture's progression. I guess we all need to keep this in mind.
