URGENT APPEAL TO BYL SHAREHOLDERS
You need to get together and ask questions, and you need to do it now.
The Brierty Board conduct, especially that of Dalton Gooding, is highly questionable at the least.
I know of at least two potential breaches, the first being the Board's failure to take action when North West Coastal Highway project concerns were first brought to their attention, the second being the lies the Board told when I asked about it at the 2016 AGM.
I am no longer a shareholder so there is nothing I can do.
Sadly you have lost everything, but you can at least ask questions of those accountable for your losses.
And surely given the increasing occurrence of company failure under Dalton Gooding, it's time for ASIC to get involved.
