I think they have had this planned for a while. I also think Brierty has been insolvent for at least six months. The rumours circulating are shocking... the rumours include Dalton Gooding loaning the company $1m (wonder what priority he gets as a creditor) and machines being written down and then sold to Ray Bushnell to hire back to Brierty.
And Troy Buswell resigning just two weeks before the voluntary administrators were called is suspicious. In the ASX announcement Gooding commended Buswell for his involvement in Brierty's turn around strategy. LOL!
