Tinwins, I have done a lot of business in Africa and certainly what some get away with here would get them a long jail sentence there. I am amazed by the degree of noncompliance that floats through here but it seems that the legal profession doesn't want it stamped out because it keeps a whole heap of legal beagles employed. The number of class actions is unbelioevable in my opinion. Then to make matters worse it's the shareholders who seem to be the funders of both sides. What we have is the present shareholders paying the insurance policy which goes up if any claims are made, so the net impact always is to shareholders...

I personally think that its time somebody went to jail...
