I had BYL on my black list a long time ago, after the deal of the 10th September 2015 - special dividend and capital placement. You never get a better warning than that. My reasoning is outlined in the thread following and including post # 13951017. My black list means I will only short something and never long it.

I'm not wanting to blow my trumpet, but this one was giving big hints to run away to those who evaluate the board and management. Hope this helps somebody to avoid a future investment in a company like this.

I know nothing, but I think it might be worth investigating the recipients of that deal, and see if any under the table deals went in their direction as well.
