    $8.1M contract for what was a $10M MC company (now $12M)
    + a $30M contract a couple of months ago..

    Not quite sure about the civil side of things (BYL), but the value of any IT company is the yearly revenue multiplied by 4.

    >$38M in contracts for a $12M MC company looks good in my eyes.
