I have an even more aggressive and angry view of management salaries: They went out to pay a special 8c dividend because of available franking credits that wasnt years ago - it was only 1 year ago. they deserve a beating and should be earning half on guarantee and the rest on performance because they made very poor decisions and now they have come home to roost.

I am voting against remuneration report .

I will also send an email asking the chairman to explain how the financial director and the board made this very poor decision in a declining market and now we are in breach which always ends up costing more. Whats the bet a CR is around the corner.
