I worked out at a rough estimate that their office in south perth is costing 1.25million at market rates per year. They can get an equivelant office for 700k per year in welshpool but without river view. It is hard to ignore the wastefulness of management at BYL. I think investors are aware of this and it is this indecent use of funds that is driving the price down.

Management really need to be paid (eps+dps) x multiplier. It would stop soo much of this nonsense
