Are they still trading whilst not being able to meet debt obligations?
This had to be phrased as a question but feel free to take it as a suggestion.
Note to directors, read that question and understand it!
Just want this to resume trading so I can take the loss for tax purposes
If a company is not able to make debt repayments as and WHEN they are due they are insolvent.
The banks must be calling in the debt (assumption based on situation) so surely as owners of the business we should be advised of the WHEN, this question will be very important to the future of the directors if they would like to continue to be allowed to be directors of a company in future.
Food for thought and hopefully being in a public forum enough to tease out a better response from the company.
