I agree you should be voting against large salaries at a chronic under-performer like BYL. Constant contract issues also mean they can't even make themselves a respectable takeover target in a market where many construction businesses are screaming out for the revenue that BYL has. You wouldn't know what skeletons were lurking in the business. Time for some serious management change, everyone is tired of the excuses.
