I agree that the Perth Freight Link may become mired in NIMBY politics, and not happen within the timeframe that Main Roads WA has suggested. Even if it does happen, the Clough-Brierty bid may not succeed. I have dismissed it in my guestimates for FY2016. As the year progresses, and new announcements are made, we can fine tune revenue and NPAT guesstimates for FY2016, and have a less precise idea of what to expect in FY2017.

I agree with the sentiment of your post. Many stocks are depressed, including my largest investment, TGA. For TGA I fail to understand the reason, other than a general Henny-Penny-style fear that the sky is falling, so I sleep well at night. I have the same not-worried attitude to BYL, but I regarded it as riskier than TGA, but well within my risk-tolerance comfort zone.
