Let's appreciate the production value in that presentation. A whole lot of complaining on this board in past on the basis that BTR was adrift, lacked polish, etc. These guys mean business. The difference between sinking and swimming in this end of the market can be drive and someone under 35 who knows how to make a decent slide deck.
