I didn't bother reading the merger annoucenment in any great detail (don't hold, and don't plan to hold again right now).

And add in
- BTR options - 219,507,445
- Linden options, convertibale notes etc - 833,946,944 (once converted under the merger rate of 6.9 BTR shares for every 1 Linden share)

Just a casal 5,757,576,098 shares on issue. Haha, 5.7 bilion is a sexy number...just not when it refers to shares on issue.

Although I have a lot to say, and most of it is negative, I wish nothing but positive things for holders.
