Judge is accepting 3 of the modelled scenarios. Ruled that manual must be followed. Ruled they have a duty of care. Rejected that 8 day forecasts should be used - but ruled that 4 day forecasts should have been.
Me thinks this is a win ... but not one that includes all members of the action.
