    I see that PEC have signed a MOU with a second Chinese company.......despite a figure from one of their own announcements indicating China pays substantially less for high quality silica sand than other Asian countries eek.png .......doesn't make sense to me.........
    Lower price + risk from trade tensions = bad deal
