Those in the IPO at 50c might be a bit peeved with a CR at these levels after been told, and reiterated in todays preso, that the company is funded for 2 years of planned work.
Sp has been on a steady decline since listing, went sideways for awhile around 35c, then resumed the downtrend after LT resigned except for the brief spike on the Telegraph/AFR article.
