The growth of the current business / product is fantastic and with traction in UK & US (company expects similar growth to AUS) on this alone there is a potential massive rerate around the corner.
In addition to this, they are also looking to provide revenues from the App itself (as mentioned) as well as monetising the video library.
I noticed U-tube are trying to do a similar thing in the US, so there is a little bit of competition, although the market is definitely big enough for multiple players. But this also puts into the mix the potential for a TO, if another big player wanted in without having to start from ground up.
