Aaaaaand there goes any hope of dividends for at least a couple of years! Jeez, $120M CAD investment with a possible huge lawsuit payment up ahead, with no prospects of mining their biggest "asset" before the permit runs out. Some (actually a lot...) would call this very imprudent.
Good luck with this cyclical commodity. I suspect the good days are long gone and that BRL could end up saddled with huge costs as a downturn hits.
And some people wonder why the sP is so "cheap" and the market is "stupid" lol!
