Wow this is quite the international expansion... BRL may no longer just be an NZ company - shows how well they must be doing and confident they are (financially especially), to be able to commit to such a project.
Mr Market probably won't care either way - it didn't when EBITDA was upgraded for a 3rd time (although it is intriguing how volumes have picked up this past fortnight - although still far to low and nothing to get excited about)
