Moosie, you seem to be crafting less than half a story here... the vast bulk of any money that will head toward Canda will only be committed once it's been determined that BRL can make a hell of a lot more than they spend. Getting to that point isn't going to happen overnight either, so cash on hand today vs potential commitments some way down the track is somewhat meaningless. Aside from that, there's nothing to stop BRL borrowing. Let's bring some reality to the table please!
